These terms govern your purchase and use of software packages from Roosevelt Software.
Roosevelt Software is an authorized reseller of business software. Our packages combine licensed access to an e-commerce, marketing-automation, and AI platform with configuration, onboarding, and a defined support window. The specific features, deliverables, and support period are those described for the package you purchase.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform and tools provided in your package for your own business. You may not resell, sublicense, copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the software or its components except as expressly permitted in writing.
Package prices are stated as one-time fees and are due at purchase unless a written payment arrangement is agreed. Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Third-party costs you may incur separately — such as domain registration, payment-processing fees, ad spend, or messaging carrier fees — are your responsibility and are not included in the package price.

Timely delivery depends on your cooperation. You agree to provide accurate business information, required access and credentials, content and assets, and prompt responses during onboarding. You are responsible for compliance with laws applicable to your business, for the accuracy of your product listings and marketing claims, and for maintaining your own account security.
The platform, its underlying software, and our methodologies remain the property of their respective owners and licensors. Content you provide remains yours; you grant us a limited license to use it solely to configure and deliver your package. Configurations we build for you are licensed to you for use with the platform as part of your package.
Purchases are final except for the 72-hour refund window described in our Refund & Returns Policy: a full refund is available within 72 hours of purchase and only if implementation has not yet begun. After that, all sales are final. The refund policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We provide software and setup services only. We do not guarantee any level of sales, revenue, profit, or business outcome. Nothing on our website, in our materials, or in any communication should be interpreted as a promise of earnings. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, effort, and execution.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roosevelt Software is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the services is limited to the amount you paid for the package giving rise to the claim. Services and software are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind except as required by law.
The platform may integrate third-party services (for example payment processors, messaging providers, or advertising networks). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, actions, or fees.
These Terms apply from your purchase and remain in effect while you use the services. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or breach. Sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and no-guarantee survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
